Shipping chocolate during the summer months can be difficult. A cooler and ice pack may be required in order to ensure that your product arrives in satisfactory condition. If you elect to ship without an ice pack, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product. Certain items, like our fudge, are not as sensitive to the heat and may be able to be shipped without ice to areas within our 1 to 2 day shipping range.

The charge for ice is as follows…

• Orders ranging from $0 to $59.99 – a $6.00 fee is applied on top of shipping cost
• Orders ranging from $60 and above – a $9.00 fee is applied on top of shipping cost

1. We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8 for all orders under $100. Shipping is free on orders over $100. If shipping multiple packages, you will be charged the flat shipping rate for each package sent. These rates do not apply to corporate orders. If ice is required, you will be charged a fee based on how large the order is.

2. Orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx delivers Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays and will not deliver to post office boxes.

3. All prices are based upon U.S. currency.

4. We guarantee arrival of your candy in perfect condition when using the recommended method of shipping. Warmer climates may be required to purchase a cooler and ice pack. Chocolates are extremely perishable. If product is damaged upon arrival please call us to report the incident and we will work with you to rectify the problem.

5. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Because temperatures across the country vary, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday for all shipping methods and options.

6. Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the order as well as a contact number in case the driver needs to contact the recipient. Chocolate left in hot conditions can melt quickly.

7. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be placed by phone so we can discuss shipping options and cost.

8. If you require expedited shipping, you will be charged the carrier rate which is based on the destination, speed of delivery and weight of the package.

If you live within driving distance of our store in Wilkes-Barre, PA, feel free to select the “In-Store Pick-Up” option rather than shipping.
